Looks delicious but only 4 grams is 154 calories????? That means 1 ounce of cooked broccoli is 1078 calories!?

Hi Melissa! We love it too.
I haven’t tested any methods myself but I have heard that doing a vinegar steam can help neutralize the odor. It may be worth trying. Just look into it online, you should be able to find more information on how to do this.

Hi Ashley! In my experience, frozen broccoli can cook faster than fresh, so you may need to watch it closely to not overcook it. You may try rinsing in warm water to pull apart any bunches that are frozen together. Hope you love the recipe.
